Delivery is within 24 hours on most packages; the Essential package is delivered the next business day. Travel is free within 40 miles of Eagle Mountain; beyond it, a distance-based travel fee applies, calculated from the property address and shown before you book.

Galleries stay online for 45 days, with an email reminder before they come down. An extension can be purchased to keep a gallery online longer.

**What do I need to do to get the home ready?**
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear countertops and floors, secure pets, and move cars out of the driveway. Those five things make the biggest difference. Anything left out can usually be worked around, but a prepared home photographs noticeably better and shoots faster.
